- Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and deliverables as specified in the project agreement
- We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, frameworks, and pre-existing code libraries
- Third-party components are subject to their respective licenses

- Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements
- Deposits are non-refundable after work commences
- Late payments may result in project suspension or additional fees
5. Use of Services

- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Engage in fraudulent activities

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI1APP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI1App LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our business relationship.
10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
10.2 Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Severability
